Service Description

This multi-day course for up to 35 attendees, will introduce a team to the principles, values, mind set and behaviors required for a successful Agile Team. All team members who are intending to work together as an Agile team should participate in this training thus starting their team norming process in a practical, accessible way. Agile ceremonies and key artifacts will be introduced. Additionally attendees will participate in hands on working sessions to create Epics, stories, acceptance criteria as well as a story sizing simulation. The Agile artifacts created will be directly related to your industry, products and services and will be used in your future product delivery efforts. No more theoretical Agile!
