Service Description

Two week, tightly facilitated, multi-day work sessions with your Agile product delivery team to create and activate a customized Sprint Zero plan. At the conclusion of Sprint Zero the Agile team will be actively sprinting and delivering value. The duration of Sprint Zero is dependent on each product team, initiative goals and organizational readiness to support the Agile team. Sprint Zero duration is 2 wks to 6 wks. The average for new Agile teams is 4wks to 6wks to an active sprint.
